| Name: Lisa Plantamura Title: VP of Membership Company: AAIM Employers' Association About this Board Member: Lisa has worked in the training industry for the past 20 years, specializing in customer service training and consulting with an extensive background in call center management, leadership and personal development topics, quality management and team development. She earned her Master's degree in Business Administration from Dominican University in River Forest IL and received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northern IL University in DeKalb, IL. She is a 2002 graduate of the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership School and in 2003 was named one of Peoria’s 25 Women in Leadership and one of Peoria’s 40 Leaders under 40. She joined the AAIM Employers’ Association in 2000. Prior to joining EA she worked for Allstate Life Insurance Company for ten years as a call center manager and trainer. |
Name: Ashley Lovell Title: VP of Marketing Company: Web Tech Services About this Board Member: Ashley Lovell is an experienced web and graphic designer at Web Tech Services, Inc. She recently graduated from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Communication Design with a minor in Art History. She is a recent member of ASTD-HOI and says she loves everything about the group, which made her want to join the Board of Directors and felt the VP of Marketing position was perfect for her with her Graphic Design background. Ashley is interested in all things art and graphic design but loves to spend time with her family, 2 cats, and with a good book. |
| Name: Tammy Finch Title: VP of Technology Company: Web Tech Services About this Board Member: Tammy Finch owner of Web Tech Services, East Peoria, IL. has been building websites since 1998. Her company currently maintains websites for over 300 clients and social media accounts for many of them. This past year, Tammy has been presenting workshops on social media and internet marketing through the MiniTech Conference, which is the training arm of her company. She has traveled to several national conferences to speak on the Social Media topic for promoting medical practices and businesses. She's busy running her computer store, which performs computer upgrades, virus removal and various other repairs. Tammy also does computer training and likes to teach her clients about social media and internet marketing. |

I can investigate the various options for Certifications, and help you get in touch with the appropriate parties. Personally, I hold the SPHR certification and have successfully completed the knowledge exam for the CPLP (ASTD’s Certified Professional in Learning and Performance). Name: Susan Warren Title: Treasurer Company: S. K. Warren Consulting/Motivational Speaker About this Board Member: MBA- University of Chicago, Doctoral Candidate, Northern Illinois University. Currently, Susan K Warren is the Chapter Chair for the SCORE Association (Counselors of Americas Small Business). Susan served as a respected member of the U. S. Postal Service workforce for thirty years as a manager. She retired as Postmaster in Peoria and functioned as the Voice of the Employee Coordinator for the Central Illinois District of USPS she's worked as an internal consultant to help improve the work environment. Susan has received numerous awards for outstanding contributions to employee workplace improvement and humanizing employee engagement principles. |

Name: Barbara Flynn Buehler Title: President-Elect Company: City of Peoria About this Board Member: Has been the Training Coordinator for the City of Peoria for 6 years. Barbara is the owner of Barbara Flynn Buehler Instructional Designs, which designs e-learning for small governmental units. She has a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She enjoys golf, reading, sewing, and scrap booking. |
| Name: Angie Spitzer-McNaught Title: At-Large Director Company: Junior Achievement of Central Illinois About this Board Member: Angie holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from Truman State University and an M.A. in Communication from Illinois State University. Before working for JA, Angie was an Adjunct Instructor of Communication at Illinois Central College. She enjoys volunteering for community outreach initiatives through her church and also volunteers with Look! It’s My Book! Angie resides in Washington, IL, with her three children. |
